Spiritual intervention support provided to pregnant women by village-level health volunteers is a crucial effort in fostering the psychological readiness needed for childbirth. Such support offers emotional and spiritual reinforcement, contributing to a sense of calm, enhanced psychological comfort, and reduced anxiety as delivery approaches. The objectives are: 1) to increase health volunteers' knowledge regarding spiritual intervention support for pregnant women; 2) to improve awareness, attitudes, and practices concerning spiritual intervention support for pregnant women; and 3) to empower health volunteers to provide spiritual support to pregnant women. This community service was carried out from August 10 to 12, 2026, involving 34 health volunteers in Joton Village, Jogonalan, Klaten. The activity through participatory training comprising lectures, discussion, and simulation, evaluated with a pretest-posttest design, analysed descriptively and tested using the Wilcoxon signed-rank test. Results showed an increase in mean knowledge score from 94.29 to 99.71, attitude from 90.69 to 99.40, and skill from 97.26 to 99.83, all statistically significant (p<0.05). This activity concludes that participatory training effectively improves cadre competence in spiritual intervention companionship for pregnant women, warranting follow-up mentoring and evaluation of its impact on the psychological wellbeing of the pregnant women being assisted.
