Adolescence is an important transitional phase from childhood to adulthood, characterized by biological, emotional, social, and cognitive changes. During this period, adolescents become a vulnerable age group to reproductive health problems, including sexually transmitted infections (STIs). The lack of knowledge regarding the definition of STIs, the problems they cause, and ways to maintain reproductive health increases the risks faced by adolescents. This community service activity was carried out at SMK Rise, Cirebon Regency, on April 29, 2026, involving 26 students, with the aim of improving the knowledge of grade X students about STIs. The method used was interactive counseling with leaflets and videos, so that the material could be delivered visually, attractively, and easily understood. The activity was conducted by lecturers together with D3 Midwifery students, who not only provided education to the students but also gained real field experience to practice communication and health counseling skills. Based on the results of a self-assessment survey, it was found that most students did not have a deep understanding of STIs and reproductive health. The priority problem identified was the lack of knowledge regarding the definition of STIs, their impacts, and ways to maintain reproductive health. After the counseling session, participants showed enthusiasm and demonstrated improved understanding of the material presented.
